The color difference of plastic mold processing factory products is a common drawback in injection molding, and it is not uncommon for injection molding machines to be scrapped in batches due to different colors of supporting parts. 1. Eliminating the impact of injection molding machines and mold elements
To select an injection molding machine with an appropriate capacity for the main product of plastic mold processing, assume that there are material dead corners or other issues in the injection molding machine, and replace the equipment. The color difference caused by mold pouring system, exhaust slot, etc. can be handled by the repair mold of the corresponding part of the mold. It is necessary to first handle the title of the injection molding machine and mold in order to organize production and reduce the complexity of the title.
Eliminating the influence of resin and color masterbatch on raw materials is the key to handling color differences. Therefore, especially when producing light colored products, the significant impact of different thermal stability of the material resin on the glorious shaking of the product cannot be ignored. Given that most injection molding manufacturers do not produce plastic masterbatches or color masterbatches themselves, attention can be focused on production management and raw material inspection. 2. The effect of reducing the temperature of the material barrel on color difference
During the production of plastic mold processing plants, it is common to encounter severe changes in the temperature of the material barrel caused by damage or failure of a certain heating ring or uncontrolled burning of the heating control part, resulting in color difference. The color difference caused by such reasons is easy to determine. Generally, when the heating ring is damaged or fails, the color difference will be accompanied by uneven plasticization. However, when the heating control part loses control and burns for a long time, it is often accompanied by product air spots, severe discoloration, and even coking. Therefore, during production, it is necessary to frequently check the heating part and promptly replace and repair it if it is found to be damaged or out of control, in order to reduce the probability of such color differences.
