Precautions in Injection Mold Construction Processing

1. The shrinkage coefficient of each material is different, and plastic mold processing should have a reasonable shrinkage rate.

2. The processing of Injection mold construction should have sufficient rigidity, otherwise it will deform when the mold is pressed, resulting in flash.

3. Reasonable exhaust positions and quantity control should be selected. Otherwise, it will cause dissatisfaction with injection molding and product shortage.

4. If the product is pushed out at the edge of the mold opening, an ejector pin can be set (but some injection molding machines do not have this function).

5. The fixing method of the mold and injection molding machine should be reasonable, reliable, and firm to avoid accidents caused by displacement when the mold is closed. And it is easy to remove.

6. Choose a reasonable demolding method and a reasonable jacking position and quantity to ensure that the product will not be damaged during the jacking process.

7. The cooling of the mold is related to factors such as product size, shape, plastic properties, and holding time.

8. The mold and injection molding machine move the mold part together without returning the spring. The mold ejection plate is connected to the mechanical ejection rod.

9. Reasonably select the injection molding path to ensure that the material evenly reaches various parts (such as flow channels), and provide sufficient storage to ensure that the plastic is replenished during the shrinkage process.

10. The roughness of the mold cavity should reach a "mirror" level, otherwise the product will be difficult to demould and damaged due to excessive force during launch. The roughness of the positioning pins, joint surfaces, and other parts shall comply with the standard regulations.
